Adrian is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a BBA and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. Adrian’s lending career began in 1994 with Omni American FCU where he cultivated an indirect loan program that helped name Omni American FCU as the leading credit union in the nation for total loan percentage increase for 1995. In 1996, Adrian co-developed the indirect lending program for FLS Services in Fort Worth and Dallas, which aggregated auto loans for eight different credit unions.
During 1997, FLS’s Dallas / Fort Worth operations generated over $84 million in loan volume without any losses and only $82,000 in loan delinquency greater than 60 days. Additionally, prior to joining CUAC, Adrian was instrumental in developing and deploying Community Credit Union’s auto leasing program with AutoFlex Leasing.

Kurt is a graduate of the University of North Texas. Kurt joined the credit and collection industry in 1991 as an underwriter of automobile and mortgage loans. Throughout his years in the industry, he has played an integral role in the development and implementation of policies and procedures in the areas of credit & financial analysis, credit scoring, loan origination & servicing as well as various accounting functions. While serving in a management capacity since 1994, he has overseen various aspects of cash flow management, Human Resources, Project Management and Information Technology.
Since joining CUAC in June of 2000, Kurt has been instrumental in the development of the systems and infrastructure which have made CUAC the industry leader in indirect lending.

John is a graduate of Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University) with a degree in Political Science and International Relations. John began his credit union career as the Marketing Director for Enterprise Car Sales - Southeast Texas Region. Over a five year period John had the opportunity to learn and embrace the Credit Union philosophy. Five years in the auto industry provided John with the opportunity to learn how best to form long-term mutually beneficial relationships through successful marketing and advertising campaigns between dealerships and credit unions.
After seven years with Enterprise, John spent three years in the Internet Technology Industry, primarily developing Website and Internet business solutions for credit unions and auto dealers. Additionally, John co-developed and managed the Shell Employee FCU DealerDirect car buying program for members from 1998 to 2001.
In the spring of 2000, John developed and launched the CUACDIRECT car-buying marketing and advertising program for CUAC participating credit unions, and currently manages the CUAC sales and corporate marketing efforts and the CUAC Client Services Department.
